M&M Project

I liked the M and M project because M&M's are my favorite candy and I like to eat them. This project was very helpful for adding and counting things on excel. It showed me a good way to make graphs for future reference. For example, if I need to make a graph for a math class or a science class then I know what i have to do in order to do it. Using this, I will know that all my stuff is exact and done correctly. I really enjoyed this problem, and I hope that we do more projects involving food in the future.

iPhoto Name Project

I thought that the iPhoto Name project was pretty fun. It was a good way to show who you really are, what you like, and what type of person you are. I like iPhoto, I think it's a good way to edit photos and make nice slide shows. I also liked being able to edit music into the slide show because I am a big music fan and that suited my slideshow well to show the things I like and what type of music. I think in the future I will be able to use iPhoto for future projects, and because of this project, I will know how to use it.

Mail Merge Project

I thought this project was fun. It was a good way to learn how to use the mail merge tool. Now, when I ever send a letter to multiple people then I know that I can use excel, word, and mail merge to create a letter to send to everyone that i need to send it too. Also, I learned about the Ronald Mcdonald Charity during this project. As one of our first projects, It was pretty easy and it was a good start to our tech class. I enjoyed this project. I will also be able to use this in upcoming years.

Hi my name full name is Jacob Michael Swank. I am sixteen years old and a sophomore at Peoria Notre Dame High School. I was born on October 21, 1994. I love to use computers. I am pretty familiar with all the Microsoft office programs, but I would like to learn everything about how to use them. It is safe to say that I am addicted to Facebook. I like long walks on beach and watching the sun set. On my free time I like to watch movies, play Xbox 360, and do stuff outside. I play soccer most of my time outside of school and I am on the varsity soccer team at PND, and I am on the 2010 state championship team.
