MyLife Project

I really liked this project. I felt like it was a good project to show everyone who we are and what we were like when we were younger. It was also just a good way to look back over the years to see how much we have changed in our looks and personality through today. This project was also a good way to make use of all of our skills that we have learned in this class, and make use of them all at once. I really enjoyed this project and I would definitely do something like this again in the future.

Genome Project

For this project, we had to basically describe a genre and make a movie explaining it. I really did not like this project. I thought that zamzar was a terrible converter and it took far too long and made us do a lot more work than we had too. I also know that we will not ever have to do this in our future so it really did not benefit me. On the other hand, I like having a project dealing with music because I really like music and I enjoy learning new things about it. I hope the next project is a good one.

SNOWDAY BLOGPOST

For our snow day assignment we had to upload on ZAMZAR. I felt like zamzar was an extremely slow converter. The school has blocked other websites that are MUCH faster than zamzar. I feel that this is unfair because then it means that we could have to things at home that we could have very easily gotten done during school. Although using zamzar was a bad experience for me, I like putting videos in to an iMovie because it makes our movie THAT much better because it can give people a visual outlook on what we are trying to present.

iMovie Project

I actually did not really like this project. I would have rather worked alone for this and done my own thing. I felt that if I did it alone then I could have controlled everything that happened, and I could have achieved a MUCH higher grade. I think all projects should be done individually and not in groups. If I could have done it alone then I think I would have really liked this project a lot more. Other then the problem of working in groups, I actually learned a little bit about iMovie, but most of it was just something that I have already done.

Podcast

I really liked this project and I would not mind doing another one like it. It gave me kind of an understanding on how commercials or trailers are made for movies. I also learned that it takes more than just talking about the movie. You have to do the editing, finding pictures, adding music, and making it all go together well. This project was a good one. I also enjoyed being able to choose it and make it my own and putting what I like in it. I like being able to see what everyone else did too.

Storyboard

I really liked this project. It taught me how to create a story board and how I can use it in the future. I think that when we eventually create our movie for it that we will be able to do it well and have a well thought out plan for it. I can also use this project in the future for other classes that we will have to make a video or a movie for. The one problem we had for this project was the technical difficulties with it getting deleted off of a group member's computer by accident. I also really liked working in groups. Everyone was a good asset.

M&M Project

I liked the M and M project because M&M's are my favorite candy and I like to eat them. This project was very helpful for adding and counting things on excel. It showed me a good way to make graphs for future reference. For example, if I need to make a graph for a math class or a science class then I know what i have to do in order to do it. Using this, I will know that all my stuff is exact and done correctly. I really enjoyed this problem, and I hope that we do more projects involving food in the future.
